1. Returns and Refunds

At Biz Hosting, we aim to provide high-quality hosting service and Domain Registration service provider to our customers. We understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a return or seek a refund. This Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which we accept returns and provide refunds for our hosting services.

Products purchased from Biz Hosting may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. 2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds : Products purchased from Biz Hosting may be refunded only if canceled within 07 days of the date of the transaction.

“Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Biz Hosting in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement. You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all. Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. 3. Refund Process

3.1. Cancellation by Customer:

  • If you wish to cancel your hosting services, please contact our customer support team or follow the cancellation instructions provided on our Website.

  • Refunds will be issued based on the following criteria:

    • For annual or longer-term hosting plans: A pro-rated refund will be provided for the unused portion of the hosting period.
    • For monthly hosting plans: No refunds will be issued for the current month, but any prepaid months beyond the current month will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
  • Refunds will be processed within 05 working days after receiving your cancellation request and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2. Termination by Biz Hosting:

  • In the event Biz Hosting terminates your hosting services due to a breach of our Terms of Service or for any other reason, no refunds will be provided.
